When do the classes or courses start?

The course is entirely online with pre-recorded videos and study materials, allowing you to begin as soon as you register. Your course duration starts from the day of registration. If you have any doubts or questions during the course, there's a Q&A box below each lecture where you can ask, and the instructor will respond as soon as possible.

How will I access the course?

Once enrolled, you'll have 24/7 lifetime access to the course. Simply log in to watch pre-recorded video lectures, download PDF notes, participate in Q&A sessions, and complete quizzes at your convenience.

What happens if I can't finish the course within the set period?

The set period is only the minimum duration, and you have lifetime access to the course, allowing you to complete it at your own pace. Unlike other institutions, we do not charge any extension fees.

What type of exams are included in the course?

The course includes self-assessment MCQs for each module, which you can attempt multiple times. There is no final examination at the end of the course.

What happens if I fail the quiz?

Since there are only self-assessment MCQs, you will be given free additional attempts.

Is clinical observership mandatory?

The clinical observership is optional, and is available only for post-MBBS fellowships. Students gain extensive knowledge through numerous online case studies, and each video lesson includes a Q&A section with an image attachment option. This allows students to interact with experts, discuss cases, and receive answers to their questions, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience.

Where can I do clinical observership?

Clinical observership is available for post-MBBS fellowship courses. We offer one-month clinical placements in our affiliated hospitals. Additionally, if you don’t want to join our affiliated hospitals, we can provide a recommendation letter to assist you in securing a placement at a hospital near you.

How will I receive my certificate?

You will receive a hard copy of your certificate by post, complete with a hologram to ensure authenticity and security.

Which documents do I need to submit?

For Certificate Courses: Submit any one of the following: a one-year marksheet, admission letter, or college ID card that proves you are a healthcare degree student or have completed it. For Fellowship Programs: Submit your bachelor's degree marksheets, degree certificate, and either a temporary license (if you are an intern) or a permanent license (if you have completed your degree).

When and how do I submit my required documents?

Documents are required before issuing your certificate. You don’t need to submit them during registration. After completing your course, send an email with your required documents.

How long does it take to issue the certificate?

It takes 7 to 14 working days to issue the certificate once we receive your documents after you complete the course.

Which courses are available for AYUSH doctors?

As AYUSH doctor, you are eligible to enroll in our certificate courses and Fellowships in Integrated Medicine, for example—the Fellowship in Family Medicine - Integrated Medicine. Upon completion, you can use the suffix F.F.M. (Integrated Medicine). Please note that the standard Fellowships, such as the Fellowship in Family Medicine (F.F.M.), are exclusively available to MBBS graduates.

Are the courses NMC Approved?

The certificates are awarded by Virtued Academy International, an autonomous organization registered with the Government of India. While our courses are not NMC-approved because the online/blended certificate/fellowship courses don’t typically require such approval, we maintain transparency and hold accreditation from esteemed institutions, including IAOTH, UK; and IRAP. Upon completion of the courses, you may use the suffix to enhance your credentials. The Code of Medical Ethics Regulations, 2002 (Refer 1.4.2) also guides that physicians shall display as suffix to their names only recognized medical degrees or such certificates/diplomas and memberships/honours which confer professional knowledge or recognize any exemplary qualification/achievements.

Does completing your courses grant me immediate eligibility to practice?

Our courses are thoughtfully designed to enhance your skills, knowledge, and professional development, providing valuable certifications that support your career growth. However, it's important to note that possessing our course completion certificate, diploma, or fellowship alone does not directly grant practicing eligibility. We encourage you to check with the relevant councils, medical boards, or competent authorities in your region to understand the specific requirements for practice approval and licensing. For professionals in India, we recommend consulting the latest guidelines from the National Medical Commission (NMC) and the respective State Medical Councils to ensure compliance with the practice eligibility standards in your chosen medical field.
