1. Shipping Policy 

1.1 Delivery of Physical Goods Virtued Academy International primarily offers educational courses and certification programs. However, certain programs may include physical materials such as books, certificates, ID cards, merchandise, or starter kits.

  • All physical items are shipped within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase or successful enrollment.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on the customer’s location and courier service availability.
1.2 Shipping Confirmation Once an item is shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable). 

1.3 Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment. Some promotional programs may offer free shipping.contact@virtued.in

2. Exchange & Refund Policy 2.1 Eligibility for Return or Exchange If a consumer receives a physical product from Virtued Academy International, they may request a return, exchange, or refund within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
A request must be raised through email: contact@virtued.in 

2.2 Conditions for Return To qualify for a full refund or exchange:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
  • The item must not show signs of damage, tampering, or wear caused by the customer.
  • The return shipment must be securely packed to prevent transit damage.
2.3 Inspection Process Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it within 3 business days. If the product is found to be in good condition, a full refund or exchange will be processed. 

2.4 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of EMI payments, refund timelines may depend on the policies of the respective bank/issuer.
2.5 Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Downloaded digital content
  • Online course access
  • Certificates already issued
  • Services already rendered or completed

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products If the delivered item is damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 72 hours with photos or video evidence.
A replacement will be arranged at no extra cost, or a full refund will be provided after verification.
4. Cancellation Policy Orders for physical items may be cancelled before shipment. Once an item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and must follow the return process listed above.
